Add New Orders:

Explains process for adding a new order to the ASN web store.

STEP 1

The 'Find Orders' screen is the first screen you see after you login.

·  At the top of the screen click on 'Add New Order'; a new screen pops up.

To select the Delivery Date:

·  Click on the day of delivery in the calendar.

·  If delivery is for the following month, click the month in the top right corner of the calendar and it will advance to the next month, then click the day.

To select the Delivery Time:

·  Click on the down arrow next to the box for the drop down menu.

·  Click on the time closest to two hours prior to your departure time.

To select the ICAO/FBO:

·  Click on the down arrow next to the box for the drop down menu.

·  Type the first letter of the ICAO.

·  Scroll down until you find your ICAO/FBO combination.

·  Click on the ICAO.

If your ICAO/FBO is not listed:

NOTE: If your ICAO and/or FBO is not listed, this only means that ASN is not contracted in that location. This does NOT mean we cannot fulfill the order.

·  Move down the page to 'Out of Network ICAO'.

·  Type in the ICAO.

·  Move down the page to 'Out of Network FBO'.

·  Type in the full name of the FBO.

Trip Number and Tail Number:

·  Either a trip number or a tail number MUST be entered before moving to the next screen.

·  Click the box next to 'Tail Number' and enter the full tail number including all letters.

·  Click the box next to 'Trip Number' and enter the trip number.

Once all required fields are entered, click 'Submit' to move to the Menu screen.

STEP 2

Adding items to your order.

NOTE: Quantity always refers to the number of passengers.

·  To add an item, click on the heading of the type of items you wish to add.

EXAMPLE: You are looking for a fruit tray; click on 'Platters'.

If you wish to see a picture and description of the item:

·  Click on that item.

EXAMPLE: Click on Fresh Sliced Fruit Tray, and you will see a picture of the standard fruit tray and a description of the selection and side items.

·  From here you can add the quantity and click 'Add to Order'.

·  The item shows on the right hand side of the screen.

·  Click the arrow next to Packaging, and choose your preferred packaging.

·  Under 'Instructions' add any specific instructions, allergies, aversions, etc.

·  Click 'Save Changes' before moving to next item.

If you do not need to see a picture and description:

·  Click 'Add' next to the item you wish to order.

·  The item shows on the right hand side of the screen.

·  Change quantity if for more than 1 person.

·  Click the arrow next to Packaging, and choose your preferred packaging.

·  Under 'Instructions' add any specific instructions, allergies, aversions, etc.

·  Click 'Save Changes' before moving to next item.

If your specific item is not listed:

EXAMPLE: Omelet Breakfast.

·  Click 'Add' next to the item 'User’s Choice' EXAMPLE: Breakfast User’s Choice.

·  The item shows on the right hand side of the screen.

·  Change quantity if for more than 1 person.

·  Click the arrow next to Packaging, and choose your preferred packaging.

·  Under 'Instructions' add specific information on the item you wish to order.
EXAMPLE: Instructions: Omelet with white cheddar and smoked ham, breakfast potatoes, croissant, fruit cup.

·  Click 'Save Changes' before moving on to next item.

Once all items are entered, Click 'Check Out'.

STEP 3

Order Review: take a moment to look at what has been ordered.

·  You may remove items here.

·  If you need to change something in the delivery information, Click 'Edit Delivery Info' to make the changes.

Notes:

·  Add any general notes about the order in this field.

Credit Card:

·  ASN has a credit card on file for payment of the order.

·  If you wish to use a different credit card, you may enter it here.

·  If no card number is entered, the card on file is used.

Cancel Order:

·  At this point you may cancel the order at no charge.

Edit Order:

·  Click 'Edit' at the bottom of the screen if any items need to be changed prior to check out.

Place Order:

·  Click 'Place Order' to send the information to ASN.

·  You will receive a confirmation that the order has been sent to ASN to the email address on file under your login.

·  Once clicked, your order will fall under the cancellation guidelines outlined in the ASN Policies section.

Find Orders

Explains process for finding orders previously submitted in the ASN web store.

The 'Find Orders' screen is the first screen you see after you login.

Broad search:

·  Click on the box next to 'Start Date' and enter a date prior to the delivery date of the order you are searching.

·  Click on the box next to 'End Date' and enter a date after the delivery date of the order you are searching.

·  Click 'Find'.

All orders submitted for delivery between the start and end dates will list below the 'Find Orders' form.

To narrow the search you may enter any or all of the following information:

·  Click on the box next to 'Order Number' and enter the ASN order number.

·  Click on the box next to 'Tail Number' and enter the tail number.

·  Click on the box next to 'Trip Number' and enter the trip number.

·  Click on the box next to 'Airport' and enter the ICAO.

All orders submitted for the parameters entered will list below the 'Find Orders' form.

Edit Orders

Explains the process for editing orders previously submitted in the ASN web store.

In order to edit an order, you will need to find the order first. See Find Orders.

Once your list of orders is displayed, next to each order is an 'Edit' button.

·  Click the 'Edit' button. This brings you to the order.

·  Make your changes to the current items (change quantity, add notes, remove items, add items).

·  Click 'Save Changes' after each change.

·  Click 'Check Out' (See STEP 3 under Add New Orders).

Canceling Orders

Explains the process for canceling orders.

In order to cancel an order, you will need to find the order first. See Find Orders.

Once your list of orders is displayed, next to each order is an 'Edit' button.

·  Click the 'Edit' button. This brings you to the order.

·  On the right hand side of the page under the items list click 'Check Out'.

·  At the bottom left of this page, click 'Cancel'. The cancellation is sent to ASN and you will receive a confirmation that the order is cancelled.

·  Once an order is cancelled you will no longer be able to reinstate the order.
